I happily accept dirty hair bundles, but it does take time to make wash and dry and slows the keepsake making process. Please be sure to add 1 (in quantity box) for each tail/mane bundle you send that needs to be washed. 
 
If hair is sent dirty without adding this option, I won't be able to send keepsakes until the new balance is paid in full.
